About
The first sheet in a new run of definitive postage stamps, issued to mark the Principality’s 15th anniversary. Each stamp carries an engraved profile of H.R.H. Prince Maximilian, drawn after the Royal Mail’s Machin Series — the standard for British definitives since 1967.
Three classes appear on the sheet:
- First-Class — red, $0.90
- Second-Class — purple, $0.75
- Postcard — blue, $0.60
Nine stamps total, three per class. Printed on self-adhesive paper with a peel-off backing. The Royal Coat of Arms appears as a halftone behind the portrait.
Designed by Count Lupro. Valid for official Kaharagian postage. A matching commemorative first-day cover is available separately.
